Plan A West Coast Family Vacation

Plan a West Coast Family Vacation with HipmunkIf you’re looking for the perfect area to bring your family for your annual vacation, you should be aware that there is a whole coast’s worth of premier tourist destinations just waiting for you in the West of America. If you and your family have never been on the West Coast of the country, you’re in for a wealth of new experiences.

Of course, since you can’t exactly tour an entire coast’s worth of attractions in the space of a mere week, you’ll have to be judicious in your selection. But whatever you choose, you’re bound to have a great family vacation and bonding experience that will leave you with a life time’s worth of precious memories. There’s no time like the present to get started!

Where To Begin? What Can You Afford?

With so many locations to choose from, you’re probably going to be a bit daunted at first. But don’t take too long to make up your mind, as the clock is ticking, and there’s only so much time to decide. Why not narrow it down to a few obvious family-friendly choices, such as the beautiful beaches of California? There’s certainly a wealth of options to choose from.

Of course, there’s also the issue of basic affordability to consider. If you’re going to be traveling cross country with your family in tow, you’ll want to consider if you want to make the trip in a car or RV, or if it’s cheaper and more convenient to simply fly out. And when you arrive at your destination, will you be putting your brood up in a camping ground or a first class family hotel? It all comes down to the size of your budget, as well as the logistics of your perfect vacation venue.

So Many Choices, So Many Roads

To say that the West Coast is full of premier family destination venues is an understatement. From the pristine coast of Northwestern Washington, all the way down to the beautiful beaches of San Diego, you just can’t go wrong when you drive anywhere along the Pacific Coast Highway. Of course, with a family in tow, you’ll want to make sure that your travel accommodations are fully comfortable and modern.

We used to live in So. Cal. and really never care to go back to that part of the West Coast. Now No. Cal....absolutely!! Love that place and would definitely like to plan more trips there! :) Love the photo.
