Sea-Band Anti-Nausea Products for Travelers {Giveaway}

I received the following Sea-Band Anti-Nausea Products, a pair of adult size Sea-Bands Anti-Nausea Wristbands and Anti-Nausea Ginger Gum for the purpose of sharing the products here on my site.  All opinions are my own.

I don’t often suffer from nausea or motion sickness when I travel, but my family did take a cruise a few years ago that was particularly rough.  The result was quite a few miserable moments that made me wish I’d never booked the cruise in the first place.

Miserable cruise experience

This photo of me and my husband represents one of those “I don’t feel so well” moments

I may be stubborn, or maybe I’m just a glutton for punishment because that experience didn’t stop me from booking a second cruise a year later. Even though the second cruise offered a much smoother experience, there were a few rainy nights when the winds kicked up causing the boat to lurch and sway that left me feeling like I wanted to toss my cookies, or more likely, the incredible melting cake that I’d eaten after dinner.

I could have used the all natural nausea relief products from Sea-Band.

What is Sea-Band?

Sea-Band offers a line of products that work with the body’s natural healing system for safe and effective care to ease nausea caused by migraines, morning sickness, travel, motion sickness, chemotherapy and surgery.  The product line which includes Sea-Band Acupressure Wrist Bands and Anti-Nausea Ginger Gum have been approved by the FDA and are safe and effective for both children and adults.

Sea-Band Drug Free Nausea Relief Bands

The Sea-Band wristbands utilize the principle of the art of acupressure to stimulate a point on the inner wrist to improve nausea. The bands have been clinically tested to work within five minutes after being applied and can be worn as long as needed and reused if nausea returns.

The Sea-Bands are available in adult and children’s sizes and come in a variety of colors.

Each Sea-Band pack includes one pair of washable wristbands which are stored in a sturdy plastic travel case and directions that show you how to position the Sea-Band correctly.

Sea-Band Anti-Nausea Ginger Gum

Sea-Band also provides an alternative to the Anti-Nausea Bands in the form of a Anti-Nausea Ginger Gum. Ginger has been used and proved effective within the Asian culture for centuries to soothe the discomfort of nausea, vomiting and indigestion. This chewing gum works to get the ginger in the body quickly.

If I ever decide that I’d like to try one more cruise, I’ll be sure to pack both of these products.

I have heard that the sea bands also work great for morning sickness during pregnancy. I never tried it, so I have no clue how well it works to help control the nausea. The ginger gum doesn't sound very tasty.

Thankfully I am not prone to motion sickness, but poor Sweetie and his brother are- even in cars if they don't ride in the front. This looks like an item they could definitely use and I'll be looking for it. Thanks for the giveaway y BB2U
