Each Christmas season, Cambridge, Ohio is transformed from a small Midwest town to something out of a Hallmark movie.

Over 100 classic Dickens scenes line the streets drawing visitors from around the world.

From lamplighters to royalty, you may just run into Tiny Tim, Bob Cratchit, Queen Victoria or Father Christmas.

You can view the figures day or night but personally, I like to stick around long enough to do both.

Your first stop should be to the Dickens Welcome Center where you can learn how the village came to be and see the process used to create the figures.

You can even post for photos with Charles Dickens himself.

And don't miss the nightly Christmas Light Show on the historic Courthouse.

The hour-long light  show is one of the  best in the state of Ohio.
