The Glenlaurel – Rockbridge
Another Hocking Hills option that is “cabin-ish” is The Glenlaurel, a luxurious Scottish Country Inn, which has crofts and cottages available for rent, in addition to rooms in the Inn.
What is a croft, you ask? Well, it’s a smaller version of a cottage. And a cottage is really just a cabin, right? All told, there are seven crofts and six cottages, each offering their own level of luxurious touches.
Each cabin is set in the woods, amongst private hiking trails. Guests enjoy a kitchenette, stone fireplace, two-person shower and a private deck with hot tub off the bedroom.
